In this 40 day commitment program, we work together to identify and change a demoting habit with a promoting habit through a tailored daily practice accompanied with guidance and follow up to support the change.

The 40 day commitment is a unique and personalized program which is identified and developed with the active participation of the client that includes daily work, reflection, and accountability. With this commitment, we enter into a conscious cycle of replacing unwanted patterns of behavior (mental, emotional & lifestyle habits) with promoting ones to build a happier, healthier & meaningful life.
The overall structure of the program is,
-2 one-on-one consultation sessions (1 hour each) to guide client in the process of identifying, learning & negotiating the areas of changes that are needed. The consultation is guided by Karam Kriya
-3 one-on-one practical live sessions (1 hour each) that include Kundalini yoga kriyas & meditation particularly addressing the subject the client is working on
-On their own client would commit to a sadhana (meditation, journaling and other promoting habits) tailored to their process daily to create the space for effective change
– Daily accountability exchange with the client
